This year we don't have a permanent partner for Mkola school yet, but several donors have given together a beautiful amount of 10,000 CZK. Although the amount is not large enough to start some steps to complete the rough construction of new classrooms, we can support something else....
What´s been done this year :
Promoting sports is important, it shows that school is not just about learning, but develops the child in more ways than one. Sport is fun. One of the few pastimes for rural kids/people. Other leisure club opportunities are not usually available in schools.
The school desperately needs a long-term donor so that they can slowly start making additions to classrooms, toilets, etc.

Letos ještě nemáme stálého partnera pro školu Mkola, ale několik dárců dalo dohromady krásnou částku 10000 Kč. Částka není sice natolik velká, abychom mohli zahájit nějaké kroky na dostavbě hrubých staveb nových tříd, ale můžeme podpořit něco jiného....
Co se letos povedlo:
Podpora sportů má velkou váhu, ukazuje se, že škola není jen o biflování, ale rozvíjí dítě po více stránkách. Sport je zábava. Jedna z mála zábav pro venkovské děti/lidi. Další příležitosti volnočasových kroužků nejsou obvykle ve školách k dispozici.
Škola potřebuje nutně dlouhodobého dárce, aby se pomalu mohly začít dělat dostavby tříd, záchodů apod.
Základy pro další toalety do školy Mkola s 1000 žáky postavila komunita vesnice. Ale další krok bude následovat až s naší podporou nebo po další úrodě a sbírce ve vesnici.
The foundations for additional toilets for the 1000-pupil Mkola School were built by the village community. But the next step will follow with our support or after the next harvest and collection in the village.
